As someone with a fear of needles it was going to be quite difficult for me and the lady that gave me the injections was amazing! She was very thorough with telling me why I was getting in and making sure I was okay. She talked through it and before I knew it see was done.
Claire was very kind and considerate towards Finn and explained the procedure prior to his vaccines, giving him the opportunity to ask questions.
She also made Finn feel at ease by conversing with him throughout which took his mind off of everything.
We were given follow up advice and guidance.
I felt very comfortable with Sara she has helped me with all my problems. I found her easy to talk to
The nurse that helped me treated me with kindness and respect. She was extremely helpful and she listened to my concerns. I am still nervous about treatment because of my past experiences with medical professionals. But I was very happy with the service I received.
EPUT SEE Southend PCN (Hope I selected the right option.
Kim Gladwin was very kind and encouraging during my two phone conversations with her. In my initial consultation she did not rush me. She did not 'feed me' with answers, but encouraged me to take my time to think about the answers.
She was non-judgmental and I felt I could be honest with her. It was a relief to be able to talk to someone who came across as impartial and understanding. I was able to describe some of my symptoms and habits freely and didn't feel that I was 'crazy' or 'stupid'.
Kim was true to her word and contacted me again when she said she would, and by phone and text, just as she said she would. Which was reassuring.
Staff were very caring & were focused 100% on what I needed especially during a very difficult period.
The care I am receiving from your team is professional and I am happy that finally my needs will be medically met.
Thank you and please continue with the good work.
